Board of Review is the formal quasi-judicial meeting of the Board of Review members.  The purpose of this meeting 
is to formally object to the assessed value of property in the town.  The Board of Review members urge those 
who wish to object to their assessment to first discuss their questions and concerns with the assessor since often
