Board of Review is the formal quasi-judicial meeting of the Board of Review members to hear the property 
owners objection to their property assessment.  The Board of Review members urge property owners to 
meet with the assessor at open book to discuss their concerns and objections prior to filing a formal objection 
with the Board of Review.  Often the discussion with the assessor can resolve any issues.
