Temporary Alcohol Beverage - Picnic License
Beginning in 2025, each Temporary Alcohol Beverage License application (AB-220) must include a Form AB-100 Alcohol Beverage Individual Questionnaire for all officers, directors, and agent of the nonprofit organization.
